What is DiSEqC?
DiSEqC is a communication protocol that allows your satellite receiver to communicate directly with your Maxview system. Once setup, when the user switches between channels hosted on different satellites, the antenna will automatically move to the desired position. This is useful where your favourite channels are located on different satellites.

Used primarily in Germany but also contains channels viewed in Austria, Belgium,France, Spain, Switzerland and the Netherlands. Sky Deutschland and HD+ German packages are also hosted on Astra 19.2E.

This can be used to receive UK TV channels in Southern Spain and Gibraltar, outside of the normal footprint.Please note, this requires the correct receiving equipment which may be different to your existing receiver.

Can be used to receive UK TV channels in different locations to Astra 2. Please note, this requires the correct receiving equipment and the Telstar 12V appears to be smaller than the older Intelsat 901 footprint.
