Maxview SIM & eSIM Terms and Conditions

Introduction
 
  1. Welcome to Maxview SIM. By subscribing to our Pay Monthly SIM Card Service, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
 
Monthly Subscription – Physical SIMs 
 
  1. The service of unlimited data, calls and texts in the UK will cost £19.99 per 30 day billing period, including VAT.

     

  2. The monthly subscription fee is billed at the start of each 30-day billing period.

     

  3. The contract is a 30-day rolling contract.

     

Monthly Subscription – eSIMs 
 
  1. The service of unlimited data, calls and texts in the UK will cost £17.99 per 30 day billing period, including VAT.

     

    1.1. The service of 20GB data, calls and texts in the UK will cost £11.99 per 30 day billing period, including VAT.

     

    1.2. The service of 5GB of data, calls and texts in the UK will cost £4.99 per 30 day billing period, including VAT.

     

  2. The monthly subscription fee is billed at the start of each 30-day billing period.
  3. The contract is a 30-day rolling contract.
Billing and Payment
 
  1. All payments are due in advance at the start of each 30-day billing period.
  2. Payment methods accepted include credit/debit cards and other electronic payment methods as specified on our website.
  3. Late payments will result in suspension or termination of the service.
 
Cancellation and Refunds
 
  1. Customers may cancel their subscription at any time.
  2. Upon cancellation, customers will still be able to use their subscription until their paid-for month has elapsed.
  3. Refunds for unused portions of the service period will not be provided.
 
EU Roaming
 
  1. There is currently no EU roaming with any Maxview SIM plan

     

Fair Usage Policy
 
To help maintain a reliable service for all customers, each Maxview SIM or eSIM is subject to a maximum usage limit of 650GB per 30-day billing period.

Any usage above 650GB during a billing period is considered unfair usage. If a SIM or eSIM reaches this limit, Maxview may restrict or suspend data access for the remainder of the billing period.

Service will normally resume at the start of the next billing period. Customers must not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or unauthorised resale purposes, or in any way that may disrupt the network or affect other users. Maxview may investigate unusual usage and take reasonable action where this policy is breached.

Additional information:
  1. Maxview reserves the right to monitor usage and enforce a fair usage policy to prevent abuse of the service.
  2. Unlimited calls and texts are from within the UK, to UK mobile numbers, and to UK landlines (excluding Jersey, Guernsey, and the Isle of Man).
  3. Unlimited applies only for normal person-to-person calls from a standard mobile telephone handset used by consumers and excludes (without limitation) non-person-to-person devices such as machine-to-machine devices or any other device that in the reasonable opinion of Maxview is considered to be non-standard consumer use.
  4. Each SIM card is limited to 650GB* of data usage per month. Usage beyond this limit may result in reduced speeds or additional charges.
    *For unlimited packages only.
  5.  If in a billing month, a subscriber on UK tariffs:

    Texts or calls more than 300 different numbers;

    Generates 3,000 minutes;

    Sends more than 3,000 SMS;

    Uses more than 650GB of data;

    Tethers 12 or more devices to the subscription,

  6. Maxview may, on a case-by-case basis, consider this usage to be a breach of the Fair Usage Policy and may either:

    Contact the customer and ask them to take action to comply with the policy

    Move the subscription to a rate plan or product suitable for the usage profile of the subscription

    Reduce the service to the subscription or a group of related subscriptions

    Disconnect the subscription or group of related subscriptions from our network.

    Excessive or inappropriate use may result in additional charges or suspension of service

Accessing Emergency Organisations and
additional services supported and not supported
 
  1. With the UK Domestic SIM, your customer can call:

    Standard UK landlines (starting 01, 02, and 03; excluding Isle of Man and Channel Islands).

    Freephone numbers (080 prefix).

    Standard UK mobiles (excluding Isle of Man and Channel Islands and certain other non-standard operators too).

    Emergency services e.g. 999, 112 others Non-Emergency numbers (101, 105, 111, 119) Social Value numbers (116 prefix)

     

  2. Non-Standard Rate numbers and services are NOT supported, including:

     

    Numbers starting with 08 (that are not freephone 080) such as 084 and 087 numbers.

    070 and 076 numbers (don’t worry, these are not actually mobile numbers!)

    UK corporate and location-independent services (the 055, 056 prefixes)

    Premium rate, short codes, directory, or subscription services; including 118 numbers and those starting 09

    International calls or texts from the UK are not supported currently.

Limitations and Liabilities
 
  1. Maxview is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from the use of our services.
  2. Service availability and quality may vary and are subject to network limitations and conditions beyond our control.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

  1. Maxview reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
  2. Customers will be notified of any changes via email or through our website.

Network Provider

  1. Maxview utilizes Vodafone’s network to provide 4G and 5G, calls and text services to its customers.
  2. Service availability and quality are subject to Vodafone’s network coverage and conditions.
Governing Law
 
  1. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

Spend Cap
 
  1. The default spend cap is £0. This means that if you go over what you have paid for in your plan, your service will discontinue.
